At long last I am in a position to thank you for the wonderful kitchen we now have at Logan Road.
As you will know it has taken a very long time for us to reach this point due to all the problems we have had with our house. We must be the longest project on your books! However, with the builders and decorators now finished, we can now sit back and fully enjoy the splendour of the kitchen you have created.
Throughout the process we have come to very much appreciate the calm, flexible approach you have offered, as inevitably such a comprehensive building programme demanded. Whatever the ‘hick-up’ you were able to deal with it in a relaxed manner which meant a lot to us at the time.
The kitchen itself is ergonomically extremely effective which is fantastic. We certainly benefited from the obvious experience you have in kitchen planning and building. You were always able to give advice; direction and choice and yet you sensitively let our own ideas evolve. The kitchen certainly has a ‘wow’ factor which is being fully appreciated by us and friends. I don’t think there is any aspect that I feel ‘I wish I had done differently,’ so well done to you all.
We appreciate you each have an important part in making ‘Harcourt Designs’ a special company that provides such a personal service.
